PMV Consumer Acquisition announced in a filing that shareholders may separately trade the SPAC’s Class A common stock and warrants included in the units.
Shares and warrants will trade on the NYSE under “PMVC” and “PMVC WS”, respectively. Units that are not separated will continue to trade on the NYSE under the “PMVC.U” symbol. Read more.
