Conyers Park, now known as Advantage Solutions Inc., in an 8-K filing disclosed that shareholders redeemed $323.1M in stock following the closing last week of the business combination. Holders of 32,114,818 shares of Conyers Park’s common stock sold in its IPO exercised their right to redeem the shares for a full pro rata portion of the trust account, calculated as of two business days prior to the consummation of the business combination on Oct. 28.
